Municipal - Salina:
Shall the following ordinance be adopted?
ORDINANCE NUMBER 2- AN ORDINANCE REPEALING EXISTING SALINA CODE CHAPTER 7, ARTICLE IX, DIVISION 1. - PIT BULL DOGS, SECTIONS 7-141, 7-142, 7-143, 7-144, 7-145, 7-146, 7-147, 7-148, and 7-149 PERTAINING TO BREED SPECIFIC REGULATIONS AND DECLARING THAT ALL DOGS SHALL BE REGULATED IN THE SAME MANNER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. Existing Salina Code Chapter 7, Article IX, Division 1. - Pit Bull Dogs, Sections 7-141 through 7-149 are hereby repealed.
Section 2. It is declared to be the policy of the City of Salina, Kansas to regulate all dogs in the same manner regardless of breed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect either (a) from and after its adoption by the governing body and publication in the official City of Salina, Kansas newspaper or (b) if a majority of qualified electors voting on this ordinance votes in favor thereof.

Municipal - Edgerton:
Shall the City of Edgerton, Kansas (“City”) be authorized to levy a one percent (1%) special purpose City Sales Tax within the City, and to use the revenue from the tax, in whole or in part, with any other funds:
(a) to fund stormwater infrastructure improvements including the repairing, rebuilding, rehabilitating, upgrading, constructing and improving stormwater infrastructure including structures, pipes, facilities and other adjacent stormwater improvement needs;
(b) to fund street infrastructure improvements including the repairing, rebuilding, upgrading, constructing, and improving streets, curb and gutters, sidewalks, bridges, streetlights and other adjacent City infrastructure;
(c) to fund all things related to and necessary to construct and finance such projects including bonds and other obligations;

Municipal - Princeton:
Shall the City of Princeton, Kansas (“City”) be authorized to levy a retailers’ sales tax in the amount of one-half percent (0.50%) within the City, and to use the revenue from the tax in whole or in part for general purposes, including but not limited to:
(a) to fund street infrastructure improvements including the maintenance and rebuilding of roads, sidewalks, storm water facilities, and street lighting;
(b) the improving, rebuilding, and maintaining of city utility infrastructure;
(c) funding general government operations to limit reliance on property taxes; and
(d) all things related and necessary to construct and finance such projects including bonds and other obligations.
Provided that such tax shall take effect July 1, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the Kansas Department of Revenue may begin collecting such tax.

Municipal - Wichita:
Shall the City of Wichita, Kansas, be authorized, pursuant to S.A. 12-187 et seq., to impose a one percent (1.0%) city-wide retailers' sales tax to be effective July 1, 2026, and which will terminate no later than June 30, 2033, the revenues derived therefrom to be applied as follows?
a. An amount not to exceed $225 million dollars of such tax applied to Public Safety costs for support of City police and fire facility construction and maintenance, the acquisition of vehicles, apparatus and equipment and other purposes related to providing Police and Fire Services for the City;
b. An amount not to exceed $250 million dollars of such tax applied to pay the costs for Revitalization of Century II (not to exceed $25 Million) and Upgraded and Expanded Convention Center Improvements (not to exceed $225 Million);
c. An amount not to exceed $150 million dollars of such tax applied for Property Tax Relief;
d. An amount not to exceed $150 million dollars of such tax applied to establish a restricted-special fund, with earnings from such fund to be reinvested into this special fund, to support Homeless and Housing Services by funding affordable housing projects and programs, shelter facilities, a multi-agency center and its operations and related services for people experiencing homelessness; and
e. An amount not to exceed $75 million dollars of such tax applied for Development and Construction of a New Downtown Public Performing Arts Center.
